3. Ordering and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change based on market conditions
• Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance
• Payment terms are established at the time of order confirmation

4. Product Conditions

Used containers are sold in various conditions (Grade A, B, C, or Reconditioned). Product descriptions are provided in good faith but may not cover every aspect of condition. Buyers should verify suitability for their intended use.

5. Delivery and Risk of Loss

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery
• Claims for damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately if you receive products that do not match your order specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

PackMeUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
